Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use gaming services on tbk33, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. If age cannot be verified during identity checks, the account will be suspended.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, tbk33 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any bonuses.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
The name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate. If an account is opened using false information, tbk33 may cancel it at any time and reserves the right to withhold the balance.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to [email protected]. tbk33 is not responsible for losses arising from third-party use of your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tbk33 supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No other payment channels are accepted.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (same for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
The wagering requirement for the relevant bonus must be completed for a withdrawal request to succeed. Requests below the minimum withdrawal amount will be declined. Additional verification may apply to large withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
3.4 Source of Funds
The user must confirm that they are depositing their own legitimate funds. If any attempt to transact using funds from an illegal source is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
tbk33 offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The first deposit must be at least ৳300 to qualify for the bonus.
Bonus examples:
- ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳18,000 deposit → bonus ৳8,000 → total balance ৳26,000
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only (not on the deposit plus bonus).
Wagering example:
৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user will receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
- The wagering requirement must be completed within the active period of the bonus.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation.
- tbk33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
VIP Program & Cashback
tbk33's VIP program has five tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

Permitted & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Permitted Use
Users may play games, place bets, and enjoy the services legally offered on the tbk33 platform for personal entertainment.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts ("bonus abuse").
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Using another user's account.
- Fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward tbk33 staff.
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating as part of a professional betting syndicate.
6.3 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above terms are breached, tbk33 may suspend or close the account without notice, forfeit bonus credits, and take legal action where applicable.
